When Are Returns Possible?

At PanchAura, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered to your satisfaction. However, in the rare event that your order is unsatisfactory, we accept returns if:

  • Product(s) delivered do not match your order.
  • Product(s) delivered are past or near their expiry date (medicines with an expiry of less than 3 months are considered near expiry).
  • Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (Please do not accept items with a tampered seal).

Can I Return Part of My Order?

Yes. Returns are possible at the item level. If you ordered multiple items, you can request a return for a partial quantity.

What Is the Time Limit for Raising a Return or Cancellation Request?

You may raise a return/cancel request with our customer care within 3 days of receiving the product. PanchAura reserves the right to decline the request if it is raised after this period.

Refund and Cancellation

For certain cases, you may raise a return/cancel request within 24 hours of delivery. Refund processing may take between 30 to 45 days.

What Is the Process for Returning Products?

  • Send a return request by emailing us at care@PanchAuracare.com.
  • To validate the claim, please attach clear photos of the product(s).
  • Once your claim is verified as genuine, PanchAura Care will place a replacement order and arrange collection of the returned product(s).
  • Please return the product(s) along with the original packaging.

Will PanchAura Bear Reverse Pickup Charges?

  • If a wrong product was delivered, PanchAura will bear the reverse pickup cost (both prepaid and COD orders).
  • If the customer cancels after placing an order, the customer must bear the shipping charges.

What Is Your Policy for Order Cancellation?

Currently, we do not entertain order cancellations at PanchAura.

What Is Your Policy for Refunds?

We currently do not provide refunds. However, we will replace the product as per our return policy.

How Many Days Will PanchAura Care Take to Replace the Item(s)?

Replacement items will reach you within 4–5 days once the return claim is verified.

What Is the Maximum ETA for Refunds?

Refunds, where applicable, will take 30–45 days to process.
